Biography: Dr. Oladipo Gideon Oludare had his Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Applied Biochemistry, at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He was a Research Assistant at the Applied Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory under the mentorship of Professor Emmanuel Ibukun for almost a decade. And shortly after his Ph.D. he was offered the position of a Research Associate and Post-Doctoral Fellow. He has seventeen (17) academic publications in journals cutting across various areas of life sciences with a series of other manuscripts undergoing review. He specializes in Toxicology and Applied Clinical Biochemistry, and has designed several experimental animal models of human diseases or defects such as: non-insulin and insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson and Alzheimer's diseases), reproductive defects (both natural and induced), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; Prostrate enlargement), gastric ulcer, hepatorenal syndrome, and cardiotoxicity and atherosclerosis. He is a regular reviewer for some high impact factor international Journals of Life Sciences. He is an expert in the applications of flow cytometry; animal models of human disease; enzyme purification; biotechnological techniques; phytomedical research and molecular biology. He has co-supervised over thirty (30) undergraduate students and twenty (20) postgraduate fellows between 2013 till date. He is a resource person in several platform ranging from religious to academics. He joined Achievers University, Owo, Nigeria as a Lecturer I, and he is energized to make positive impact in research, teaching and community services.
